Welcome to the Provider Web Tool (PWT)! The PWT is a web-based application designed for ACPE-accredited providers to submit and update their Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) activities prior to their release. In addition, providers may use this tool to update their contact information via the Provider Verification Form, obtain the ACPE logo and PLAN logo, and view their accreditation history.
